摘要:
隨著油田開發技術發展,固井質量評價技術中的檢測參數逐步全面,井眼周向測量分辨率漸進提高。通過闡述固井質量檢測技術的發展,分析了目前常規聲波變密度測井和日臻成熟的扇區水泥膠結測井、聲波伽馬密度測井的技術特點。設計技術對比方案,對大量現場實測資料進行統計分析發現,在聲波變密度測井評價為好或中等的某些井段,扇區水泥膠結和聲波伽馬密度測井反映存在水泥局部缺失等竄流隱患,表明常規聲波變密度檢測精度和分辨能力不能完全適應現階段油田的需求,有必要發展更精細的固井評價技術在油田推廣應用。
Abstract:
With the advancing of oilfield development technology, the detection parameters of cementing quality evaluation technology are gradually comprehensive, and the resolution of borehole circumferential measurement is gradually improved. By expounding the development of cementing quality detection technology, the technical features of conventional acoustic variable density logging and mature segmented bond logging as well as acoustic-gamma density logging are analyzed. By engineering the technical comparison scheme and statistically analyzing a large number of field test data, it is found that in some well sections evaluated as good or medium reservoir by acoustic variable density logging, the sector cement bond and acoustic-gamma density logging results reflect the potential channeling hazards such as partial cement loss, which indicates that the conventional acoustic variable density detection accuracy and resolution ability cannot fully meet the needs of oilfields at present. Therefore, it is necessary to develop more sophisticated cementing evaluation technology for the oilfields.
