摘要:
現有的自然伽馬測井儀一般使用保溫瓶技術滿足高溫環境下的應用,但保溫瓶不能在井下長時間有效保溫,在水平井等長時間測井環境下應用受限。提出一種通過篩選高溫器件和引入程控高壓機制實現自然伽馬測井儀在175℃高溫環境下連續10 h正常工作的設計方案。程控高壓機制使得高壓值可以通過程序實時調整,通過溫度實驗,得到該光電倍增管和晶體的溫度校正圖版,根據圖版,井下自動調整高壓值,保證伽馬測井儀的耐溫特性達到測井要求。該機制能保證儀器在高溫高壓環境下正常穩定地反映地層特性。
Abstract:
Available natrual gamma logging tools generally use vacuum flask technology to keep applicable at high temperature. However, vacuum flasks cannot effectively keep suitable temperature for a long time, so the logging tool can’t work well when long logging operation is required, such as in a horizontal well. Proposes a design to realize continuous 10 h normal operation of a gamma logging tool at downhole 175℃ by selecting high-temperature parts and introducing programmable high-pressure mechanism. The programmable high-pressure mechanism enables pressure to be adjusted real time by a program. Through temperature experiment, the temperature correction chart of photomultiplier tube and crystal can be obtained. It is used to automatically adjust downhole pressure and ensure that the temperature resistance of the gamma logging tool meets logging conditions. This mechanism can ensure the logging tool normally and stably record formation characteristics at high temperature and high pressure.
